Azra Pulaş

I was born in 2004 in Ankara. I completed the final years of my high school education at Sınav College and graduated from there. I am currently a third-year student in the Business Administration Department at Hacettepe University. I have actively participated in the Hacettepe Business Community and the Hacettepe Culture and Arts Community, where we organized various events together. Additionally, I served as the project manager in the “Resource Generation Project” we carried out as part of the Operations Research course. During this process, I was responsible for team building, crisis management, coordination of workflows, and quality control of outputs. At the same time, I am working as a student assistant on a project conducted in collaboration with our department chair and BADS Lab, focusing on the use of the Tobii Pro Fusion eye-tracking device in the field of business. Moreover, I am currently serving as a peer mentor within Hacettepe IDEAL, a program led by our professors.

Musa Ağbaht

I started my studies in the Business Administration Department at Hacettepe University in 2020, and I am currently a fourth-year student. Throughout my university years, I have aimed to make the most of my time by participating in various internships, projects, and events. I took part in Hacettepe University IDEAL as a peer mentor, and during this experience, sharing the knowledge and experiences I gained from my department with my mentee was both educational and enjoyable.

Rabia Ağbulut

I was born on March 27, 2002, in Istanbul. I am a student in the Business Administration Department at Hacettepe University. In the early years of my university life, I was an active member of the Corporate Relations and Sponsorship unit of the IEEE Community for one year. Later on, I took on editorial and content writing roles for a magazine published in collaboration with the Hacettepe Community Volunteers Foundation. As part of my academic and career development, I completed internships at a Certified Public Accounting firm and DenizBank, and I also worked with various event organizations. In the Operations Research course, I actively took part in the content development and editing processes as a co-editor for a course book project. As of 2025, I am working as a student assistant in a research project conducted under BADS Lab, and I am also serving as a Peer Mentor in the IDEAL program.

I am a third-year student in the Business Administration Department at Hacettepe University. Throughout my undergraduate studies, I have made it a priority to gain experience by participating in various internships and projects. Additionally, through the Work and Travel program, I had the opportunity to work abroad and explore different cultures. I was born on January 2, 2001, in İzmir. I am a fourth-year student in the Business Administration Department at Hacettepe University. I served on the executive board of the Hacettepe Entrepreneurship and Investment Community. I have gained experience in marketing, human resources, finance, teamwork, and management. As part of the National Internship Program, I completed internships at the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Trade. I am currently working as a Human Resources intern at TRMOTOR Power Systems. Since 2022, I have been actively involved in Hacettepe IDEAL.

After completing my high school education at Aso Technical College with a 100% scholarship, I began studying in the Business Administration program at Hacettepe University. I gained internship experience at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and worked part-time in the SME Banking department at Kuveyt Türk. With an idea I developed, I placed second in the Ideathlon competition and took part in the process of bringing the project to life. Subsequently, I was accepted into the MT Talent Program. For nearly two years, I have been working at Kuveyt Türk Headquarters in the Digital Transformation and Innovation Department.

Esin Koşar

I was born on January 2, 2001 in the Ödemiş district of İzmir. I am a 4th year student at Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration. I was an active member and manager of the Enterprise and Investment Community, which I joined while I was a preparatory student. I also worked as a volunteer in projects and start-ups. I gained experience in marketing, human resources, finance, teamwork and management. I did my first internship at the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the National Internship Program and my second internship at the Ministry of Commerce. I have been actively working as a peer mentor within Hacettepe IDEAL since 2022.

I was born on June 18, 2000, in Kırşehir. I completed my high school education in the Justice Department at Şehit Kara Pilot Üsteğmen Tahsin Barutçu Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. I am currently continuing my education in the Business Administration Department at Hacettepe University. Throughout my university years, I have made an effort to spend my time productively by participating in various internships, jobs, and projects. Damla Dervişoğlu

I was born on March 6, 2002, in Ankara. I started high school at Ayrancı Anatolian High School and graduated from Modern Ankara Çınar College. As of June 2024, I graduated from Hacettepe University with a degree in Business Administration. During my university years, I had the opportunity to gain experience in various social and academic fields. I completed internships in different departments at MKE, TRMotor Power Systems, and QNB Finansbank. Additionally, I was actively involved in Hacettepe Business Club for a short period and participated in short-term international social responsibility projects within the scope of Erasmus+. As of February 2024, I have been serving as a Peer Mentor under the IDEAL program, led by our esteemed professors.

I am a 4th-year student in the Business Administration Department at Hacettepe University. I was actively involved for 2 years, including in a leadership role, in the Entrepreneurship and Investment Club, one of the career communities at our university. Dilek Ereren

I was born on May 17, 2000, in the Ünye district of Ordu. I completed my high school education at Ünye Anatolian High School. In 2019, I got into the Business Administration department at Hacettepe University, and I graduated in 2024. During my university years, I had the opportunity to complete two internships. My first internship was at TÜRASAŞ (Turkey Rail System Vehicles Company), where I worked in a rotational program between the human resources and marketing departments. My second internship was at the Halkbank General Directorate, located in the Finance Center, where I worked in the human resources department. In my senior year, I served as a peer mentor at Hacettepe IDEAL.

Tunahan Aydın

I graduated from Balıkesir Acı Fen/Anadolu High School in 2018 and from the Business Administration Department at Hacettepe University in 2024. During my university years, I participated in Erasmus projects abroad and completed internships in finance at banks and other institutions. I also served as a peer mentor at Hacettepe IDEAL, sharing the excitement of aspiring entrepreneurs. I am currently working at Deloitte.

Göksu Şenyurt

I was born on April 3, 2001, in Kemer, Antalya. After completing my primary and secondary education in Kemer, I graduated from Antalya Türk Telekom Anatolian High School. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hacettepe University in July 2024. During the 2021-2022 academic year, I took part in the student peer mentorship program affiliated with the Hacettepe University Rectorate and participated in school promotion activities. I was actively involved in the Hacettepe University Business Club for 4 years. After completing a one-month summer internship at Kınay Logistics in the summer of 2022, I continued to work as a part-time Brand and Marketing Assistant for the same company for approximately 9 months. Later, I had the opportunity to work and travel in the United States through the Work and Travel program. I have also served as a mentor in the Ideal Peer Mentoring program for about 2 years and still maintain communication with my former mentees. I currently live in Antalya and work in the internship of Certified Public Accountancy (SMMM).

Hatice Sena Ünlü

I am a 4th-year Business Administration student at Hacettepe University with a strong interest in management, production, and data analysis. In 2024, I served as a peer mentor at Hacettepe IDEAL, where I gained valuable experience in supporting fellow students and closely engaging with the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This role allowed me to develop mentoring skills and understanding startup dynamics.

Sacide Karanfil

I was born on December 5, 2001, in Ankara. I started high school at Şevket Raşit Hatipoğlu Anatolian High School and later graduated from Özel Kampüs Anatolian High School. I am currently a 4th-year student in the Business Administration Department at Hacettepe University. Throughout my university life, I have been an active member of various communities. I completed my first internship at DenizBank, where I gained valuable insights into banking from industry experts. Later, I interned at the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, where I had the opportunity to learn about the structure and operations of a government institution. Burcu Pala

I was born in Izmir in 1998. I completed my high school education at Izmir Commerce High School. In 2018, I graduated from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Civil Air Transportation Management associate degree program. I completed my internship at Sun Express. In the Hacettepe University Business Administration program, which I started in 2018, I had the opportunity to complete my first internship at Sun Chemical and my second internship at Halkbank. Throughout my university life, I tried to take an active role in communities. I have been a part-time employee of Hacettepe University within the scope of IDEAL for seven months. I support my mentees in business plan, finance, marketing, and strategic management to develop their entrepreneurial business ideas.

He graduated from Yıldırım Beyazıt Science High School in 2018. He continues his education as a senior student at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Psychology. Eren Çanga
He was born on June 15, 2001 in Ankara. He is a 4th year student at Hacettepe University Department of Business Administration. He grew up with an intercultural and diplomatic culture in various countries. After returning to Turkey in the second quarter of 2020, he enrolled at Hacettepe University through horizontal transfer. In the same year, he became a student member of the Hacettepe University Quality Commission. In 2021, he was elected as YÖKAK expert evaluator pool member in April and as ESU (European Students’ Union) Quality Assurance Expert Student pool member in June. He has internship experiences in the public and private sectors. Eren ÇANGA speaks fluent Portuguese, English, Spanish, and intermediate French.

I am İlayda Özpıranga. I was born on January 4, 1999 in Ankara. I started my high school life at Ankara Türk Telekom Social Sciences High School. During this period, I took part in the Pasch project organized by our school. I completed my high school life with Final High School. I am a 4th year student at Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration. I did my first internship in the management department of Panora Shopping and Life Center. In this context, I did an internship in business, marketing, leasing, and accounting departments. I did my second internship in the accounting department of a construction company. I am currently working as an accounting intern in the same company.

Fatma Seynan Atalay
I am Fatma Seynan ATALAY. I was born on September 26, 2000 in Ankara. I am a graduate of Katip Çelebi Anatolian High School. I am currently a 4th year student at Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration. I was an active member of many different communities throughout my university life. I am currently a member of the Board of Directors of Hacettepe University Enterprise and Investment Community. I did my first internship in a Financial Advisory office. After the internship, I continued my working life in office accounting. I did my second internship in the human resources department of an iron and steel manufacturing factory, which is a completely different field.

I am Hazal Erdem, 4th year student at Hacettepe University Business Administration. I have been working in our department group, Hacettepe Business Community, for five years and have been a Board Member for the last three years. During this period, I had the chance to manage the organization processes of many career and social responsibility events. In addition to my internship experiences in different sectors, companies, and departments throughout my undergraduate education, I worked in the United States for 4 months in 2021 within the scope of the Work and Travel Program. I am Yavuz Selim Aytaş. I was born on February 17, 1999, in Adıyaman. I completed my secondary and high school education in Hatay. I started Hacettepe University Business Administration department in 2018 and I am currently continuing my education as a 4th year student. I actively took part in student societies and took part in their management for 4 years. While continuing my education, I did not stop actively working in business life. In addition to my part-time job, I took part in three different entrepreneurial projects, two of which were under my leadership. I am currently working on my new venture project.

I am Mahbekar Gökçe ERYURT. I was born on March 28, 2000 in Kırıkkale. I started my education life in Ankara and studied at Şehit Oğuzhan Yaşar Anatolian High School. I also worked as the editor of the school magazine throughout my high school education. I was accepted to Hacettepe Business Administration department in 2018. In 2020, I started to minor in Economics at Hacettepe University. I am currently a 4th grade student. I did my first internship in the R&D department of a customs consultancy company. Then, I took part in the peer mentor program, which is our university’s sustainable teaching and learning center project. I did my last internship in the quality department of a company that produces aircraft parts within the defense industry.

Çağla Su Gazioğlu
I am Çağla Su Gazioğlu. I was born on June 20, 1999, in Ankara. After starting my undergraduate career at Hacettepe University Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 2017, I continued in this department for 2 years and then transferred to the Department of Business Administration in 2019. During my undergraduate education, I took an active role in the board of directors of the Hacettepe Business Community, one of the most prestigious clubs of my school, and I also improved myself in sales and marketing by working part-time in two different commercial channels of an international FMCG company. I took responsibility for the first music/entertainment festival (Limitless Fest 2022) organized outside the school on the basis of student clubs at our university. I am currently actively working as a Peer Mentor within Hacettepe IDEAL.

Ümit Çetinkaya
He is a 4th year student at Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration. He served as a member and administrator in various career communities throughout his school life. During the process, he had the chance to manage many projects and teams. In 2021, he pioneered the establishment of the Hacettepe Blockchain Community, Ankara’s first official blockchain community, and served as president for a term. During this period, he worked in Business Development and Sales in various companies and start-ups.
