Hasan Tarık Erdoğan
In 2006, he served as a founding partner in a company that carries out foreign trade activities. He ended his adventure here in 2010, having gained a lot of experience in entrepreneurship processes, company management, and finance. He graduated from Başkent University, Department of International Trade in 2011. He worked in the Project Office within Hacettepe Teknokent A.Ş. between 2013 and 2015. In 2015, he transferred to Hacettepe Teknokent Technology Transfer Center and started working in the Entrepreneurship Office. He completed his MBA education at Hacettepe University in 2019.

Beliz Bediz Sinan
She graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Biology. She completed the Business Administration Master’s Program with Thesis at the same university with her thesis titled “Examining the Impact of Turkey’s First Entrepreneurship Competition”. Bediz Sinan, who has been in the entrepreneurship ecosystem for many years, continues to take part in numerous initiatives as a founding partner, business partner, and volunteer employee.

Murat Öztürk
ÖZTÜRK, who started his business life with his own entrepreneurial adventure, founded his first technology company in 2011 with Teknogirişim Capital Support. In 2012, he was deemed worthy of the Elginkan Foundation Big Technology award by coming first in Turkey in the “New Ideas New Businesses” competition, Turkey’s largest technological business idea competition, managed by METU Teknokent. Since 2015, he has focused on entrepreneurship, gamification, biomimicry (nature-inspired innovation), experience design, and management. ÖZTÜRK currently continues his professional business life as the founding director of MANJERO Experience Design & Management company.

Melis Büyüksan
She was born in Ankara in 1985. After Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School, she graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Science, Department of Statistics. Ms. Melis, who has been known for her ambition since her childhood, both in sports and in everything she started, started her working life while she was at university. The lifestyle of disabled people she noticed in Europe and the deficiencies in our country increased her interest in this sector. She founded the company “Medlis” in 2008, when she was a first-year university student, to eliminate the deficiencies she identified.

Murat Gürhan
Boatmate CEO Murat Gürhan graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Shipbuilding and Marine Sciences. He completed his master’s degree in business and technology management at the same university and continues his doctoral studies in the industrial engineering department. Gürhan, who set out with the slogan “We want to provide sustainable growth for the blue economy”, is the CEO and co-founder of Boatmate, a global technology platform developed specifically for yachts and boats.

Süleyman Özarslan
He has a master’s and doctorate degree from METU Informatics Institute. Süleyman Özarslan has been providing consultancy in the field of information security for more than 10 years and has carried out information security audits on subjects such as penetration tests, DDoS tests, network security, and social engineering analyses in many medium and large-scale institutions and organizations. Four friends, who founded Picus Security company in 2013 in the basement where Özarslan lived, developed the domestic cyber security software with the support they received from TÜBİTAK. The company’s cybersecurity software is used by banking, finance, marketing, oil, and insurance companies in more than 20 countries, including Spain, Italy, Germany, the Philippines, South Korea, Singapore, and Mexico.

Emre Mazanoğlu
Emre Mazanoğlu serves as Head of Mapa Group Investor Relations and Financial Control. He was Head of Financial Control before taking on the additional role of Head of Investor Relations in January 2020. He has been serving as Head of Financial Control since 2011 when he joined Mapa Group. Emre Mazanoğlu has a Bachelor of Business Administration in English from Hacettepe University and a Master of Public Finance, which he completed in 2015. After graduating from university in 2004, he started his career at Deloitte, rising to the position of Audit Manager and being responsible for large-scale audit projects. Since joining Mapa Group in 2011, Emre Mazanoğlu, as Mapa Group Financial Control Head, has been coordinating financial reporting, planning, auditing, tax management, structured finance, merger and acquisition transactions for Mapa Group and its subsidiaries.

Hakan Yıldız
“My entrepreneurial adventure, which started when I was 16, continued in the private sector and in my own companies until 2003. Then, I worked at the Turkish Republic Privatization Administration until 2009. I worked at the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources of the Republic of Turkey until 2016. I left the public sector in April 2016 and became the founding partner of GMT Technology. I am the founder of fonbulucu.com, the first CMB-licensed crowdfunding platform in our country. I currently serve as General Manager and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Global Crowdfunding Platform A.Ş. and Chairman of the Board of Directors at ReINVeS Capital. I am UNDP Crowdfunding Advisor and Digital Angel Investor. While I solve entrepreneurs’ access to finance problems, I also develop systems that offer investment opportunities for investors.”

Burcu Pala

I was born in Izmir in 1998. I completed my high school education at Izmir Commerce High School. In 2018, I graduated from Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Civil Air Transportation Management associate degree program. I completed my internship at Sun Express. In the Hacettepe University Business Administration program, which I started in 2018, I had the opportunity to complete my first internship at Sun Chemical and my second internship at Halkbank. Throughout my university life, I tried to take an active role in communities. I have been a part-time employee of Hacettepe University within the scope of IDEAL for seven months. I support my mentees in business plan, finance, marketing, and strategic management to develop their entrepreneurial business ideas.

Göktuğ Tuğcular
He graduated from Yıldırım Beyazıt Science High School in 2018. He continues his education as a senior student at Hacettepe University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Psychology. He is interested in organizational psychology, human resources management, and entrepreneurship and is a member of the Hacettepe University Neuroscience Community.

Alperen Öztürk

Eren Çanga
He was born on June 15, 2001 in Ankara. He is a 4th year student at Hacettepe University Department of Business Administration. He grew up with an intercultural and diplomatic culture in various countries. After returning to Turkey in the second quarter of 2020, he enrolled at Hacettepe University through horizontal transfer. In the same year, he became a student member of the Hacettepe University Quality Commission. In 2021, he was elected as YÖKAK expert evaluator pool member in April and as ESU (European Students’ Union) Quality Assurance Expert Student pool member in June. He has internship experiences in the public and private sectors. Eren ÇANGA speaks fluent Portuguese, English, Spanish, and intermediate French.

İlayda Özpıranga
I am İlayda Özpıranga. I was born on January 4, 1999 in Ankara. I started my high school life at Ankara Türk Telekom Social Sciences High School. During this period, I took part in the Pasch project organized by our school. I completed my high school life with Final High School. I am a 4th year student at Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration. I did my first internship in the management department of Panora Shopping and Life Center. In this context, I did an internship in business, marketing, leasing, and accounting departments. I did my second internship in the accounting department of a construction company. I am currently working as an accounting intern in the same company.

Fatma Seynan Atalay
I am Fatma Seynan ATALAY. I was born on September 26, 2000 in Ankara. I am a graduate of Katip Çelebi Anatolian High School. I am currently a 4th year student at Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration. I was an active member of many different communities throughout my university life. I am currently a member of the Board of Directors of Hacettepe University Enterprise and Investment Community. I did my first internship in a Financial Advisory office. After the internship, I continued my working life in office accounting. I did my second internship in the human resources department of an iron and steel manufacturing factory, which is a completely different field.

Göksu Şenyurt

I am Göksu Şenyurt. I was born on April 3, 2001, in Kemer district of Antalya. After completing my primary and secondary education in Kemer, I completed my high school education at Antalya Türk Telekom Anatolian High School. I am currently studying at Hacettepe University as a 3rd-year Business Administration student. I am also a second-year student at Anadolu University, department of international relations. I took part in the school promotion mission as a peer student in 2021-2022, and I have also been working in the Hacettepe University Business Community for 4 years. I did a one-month summer internship at Kınay Logistics in the summer of 2022. I have been working part-time as a Brand and Marketing Assistant in the same company for about 9 months.

Hazal Erdem

I am Hazal Erdem, 4th year student at Hacettepe University Business Administration. I have been working in our department group, Hacettepe Business Community, for five years and have been a Board Member for the last three years. During this period, I had the chance to manage the organization processes of many career and social responsibility events. In addition to my internship experiences in different sectors, companies, and departments throughout my undergraduate education, I worked in the United States for 4 months in 2021 within the scope of the Work and Travel Program. As of February 2023, I have been working as a Peer Mentor at IDEAL, run by our department professors.

Yavuz Selim Aytaş
I am Yavuz Selim Aytaş. I was born on February 17, 1999, in Adıyaman. I completed my secondary and high school education in Hatay. I started Hacettepe University Business Administration department in 2018 and I am currently continuing my education as a 4th year student. I actively took part in student societies and took part in their management for 4 years. While continuing my education, I did not stop actively working in business life. In addition to my part-time job, I took part in three different entrepreneurial projects, two of which were under my leadership. I am currently working on my new venture project.

Mahbekar Gökçe Eryurt
I am Mahbekar Gökçe ERYURT. I was born on March 28, 2000 in Kırıkkale. I started my education life in Ankara and studied at Şehit Oğuzhan Yaşar Anatolian High School. I also worked as the editor of the school magazine throughout my high school education. I was accepted to Hacettepe Business Administration department in 2018. In 2020, I started to minor in Economics at Hacettepe University. I am currently a 4th grade student. I did my first internship in the R&D department of a customs consultancy company. Then, I took part in the peer mentor program, which is our university’s sustainable teaching and learning center project. I did my last internship in the quality department of a company that produces aircraft parts within the defense industry.

Çağla Su Gazioğlu
I am Çağla Su Gazioğlu. I was born on June 20, 1999, in Ankara. After starting my undergraduate career at Hacettepe University Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 2017, I continued in this department for 2 years and then transferred to the Department of Business Administration in 2019. During my undergraduate education, I took an active role in the board of directors of the Hacettepe Business Community, one of the most prestigious clubs of my school, and I also improved myself in sales and marketing by working part-time in two different commercial channels of an international FMCG company. I took responsibility for the first music/entertainment festival (Limitless Fest 2022) organized outside the school on the basis of student clubs at our university. I am currently actively working as a Peer Mentor within Hacettepe IDEAL.

Ümit Çetinkaya
He is a 4th year student at Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration. He served as a member and administrator in various career communities throughout his school life. During the process, he had the chance to manage many projects and teams. In 2021, he pioneered the establishment of the Hacettepe Blockchain Community, Ankara’s first official blockchain community, and served as president for a term. During this period, he worked in Business Development and Sales in various companies and start-ups. He is actively developing projects in the fields of web3, regenerative finance, climate change, agriculture, and blockchain.
