Hacettepe IDEAL commenced the “First Step to Entrepreneurship” training sessions for the Fall Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year with an opening ceremony held on November 10, 2023. In the first session of the first week of the 6-week training program, Prof. Dr. Aydın Ulucan from Hacettepe University’s Department of Business Administration provided introductory and informative details about Hacettepe IDEAL and the “First Step to Entrepreneurship” training program to the new cohort of aspiring entrepreneurs.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The opening and introduction session concluded with the presentation of eight different digital stories, prepared under the coordination of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Burcu Şimşek (Hacettepe University, Communication Sciences). The stories featured eight individuals, including the founding members of Hacettepe IDEAL, peer mentors who supported Hacettepe IDEAL’s activities during the 2022-2023 academic year, and candidates from the first cohort of Hacettepe IDEAL aspiring entrepreneurs. The “IDEAL Steps to Entrepreneurship Digital Stories” received great appreciation from all participants.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Following the conclusion of the opening and introduction session, the first training of the new term was delivered to participants in the second session. As part of the Business Idea Development module of the training program, the session titled “Entrepreneurship Ecosystem” was conducted by guest speaker Onur Şahin (KOSGEB).
